Summary
“Trauma is a complicated thing.
While some people can acknowledge what they’ve been through and move on with time, others enter a cycle that they cannot seem to escape from. Some even go out of their way to recreate the trauma in hopes that they’ll understand it somehow.
Not only is it a confusing, scary time, but it can be even worse if one doesn’t even remember what they went through. After all, the unknown is a terrifying concept.”
-
This is a story of healing. Recovery is not a linear process, and Chuuya Nakahara is about to understand that for himself - as uncomfortable as it is.

Summary
(Can't be read as standalone)
When Chuuya woke up…
The very thing he felt was… nothing. Which greatly surprises him considering that the very last thing he remembered was… nothing ? ? ? Everything is… blurred. Where is he? What happened to him again? Why can’t he remember anything?
But then…
When he had the proper strength to finally open his eyes… the very first thing he saw was another set of dark purple eyes looking so worriedly (?) at him, a gentle (?) squeeze on his hand, a whisper of encouragements (?) as he tried to gather his consciousness the best he can.
…
“My love… I’ve waited for you to finally wake up…”
-In which Chuuya woke up with no memories, but at least his mate... his soon to be husband Fyodor Dostoyevsky is here with him. Keeping him loved, safe, and protected for.

Summary
"A linnet in a gilded cage, -
A linnet on a bough, -
In frosty winter one might doubt
Which bird is luckier now.
But let the trees burst out in leaf,
And nests be on the bough,
Which linnet is the luckier bird,
Oh who could doubt it now?"
- Christina RosettiBeast AU: Nakahara Chuuya was the diamond in the diadem of the Goblin Market. Spared a lifetime of prostitution by the self-interest of Dazai Osamu, the two are forced into a partnership in the Port Mafia and Chuuya must exchange one gilded cage for another.

Summary
Chuuya has lived a relatively normal 20 years of his life, until it all came crashing down with a single mistake. Now, bleeding and desperate, he doesn’t care about where he’s going or who may be waiting for him in the dark forest — he’s going to be dead very soon anyway…
Unless he has the (mis)fortune of catching a certain kitsune’s eye.
And neither he nor Dazai know just how complicated their life is going to get, or how high the stakes will be when the past comes back to haunt them.
OR: kitsune Dazai x human Chuuya story with lots of demons and drama, some fluff, some smut, and a happy ending :)
