Euijoo stared at him like Nicholas had just announced he was an alien, but Nicholas didn’t flinch, waiting for it to sink in.
“Are you suggesting that we... go on dates?”
“Friend dates,” he corrected with a confident wink. “It’s no big deal, we hang out all the time anyway. We’re just changing the context a bit.”

Summary
Anyone who has had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Euijoo will tell you that he’s the kindest man alive. Hell, people come to this conclusion after having a short interaction with him! Nicholas is not sure how he, with his temper and tendency to tease people instead of straight-up showing how much they mean to him, ended up on the receiving end of Euijoo’s affection, as his boyfriend no less.
Euijoo just looks like kindness personified. At least most of the time, that is.
Because you see, right after their first interaction nearly 6 years ago, Nicholas has made it his goal in life to uncover everything there is about Euijoo. He’s not saying Euijoo is faking anything about his personality, absolutely not.
But it didn’t take long for him to find out that there is one thing that sets Euijoo off, makes him forget all about his manners and the rules that were engraved in him as a child, the rules he still chose to follow even as an adult, because he was just a good person like that.
And that thing – or well, person, as Nicholas has come to realize – is him.
