Summary
A lot of workplaces saw a vampire feeding from a coworker similar to people dating. Therefore, similar regulations. Nothing really enforced on a federal or state level. In the PTMC, those regulations weren’t common. Then again, in the whole hospital, Dennis was one of two vampires. And the other had a blood letter. Dennis just had weird ass dive bars.

His parents were incredibly absent and none of his classmates thought he was worthy of befriending. There was no way to distinguish loneliness from his baseline mood, since it was his baseline. Then, of course, over seventy years after his death, his entire view was turned upside down and inside out.
