“Good evening, Mr...”The cab driver’s head raised ever so slightly as he slumped against one of the posts of the stall, the small box containing his lunch set in his lap, a fork in hand as his jaw clenched a fraction, eyes peering up from beneath the hat to look at his company.
A fine dressed man, with a scarf and bowler hat. Well groomed, from the way his moustache was nearly trimmed and curled at least. He held a polite smile though it hardly reached his eyes, and the driver swallowed the scoff to nod and smile back,
“Good evening, Sir. It is regrettably my break, there are other cabs available, or should you wish to wait my rounds shall return in ten minutes.” Said the driver, turning the fork over between his fingers.
“You have no name?” Inquired the man, raising a brow.
“Miller, sir.”
