With 2018 coming to an end and her college classes starting in the new year, she starts to overthink everything. One thought takes the spotlight: what is Josh doing right now? Normally, he'd be trying to get into some prestigious film school, she's sure of it. But now? Now he's stuck in a psychiatric hospital. Maybe for the rest of his life.
To calm her nerves (and maybe out of pity), Sam decides to visit Josh. But Josh wasn't expecting her in his life at all. Traversing life in a psychiatric hospital is difficult and his life has undergone enough changes in the past few years, thank you very much.
