Of course these weren't dates. Kim was just being efficient, or requesting assistance when needed, or helping Harry reacquaint himself with certain basic aspects of human existence. Dates were purposefully planned affairs that involved things like flowers, a fancy meal, maybe a kiss goodnight—and perhaps most importantly—an understanding from both parties that they were on a date.

It hasn't though--- If anything, he thinks he's gotten worse in the last couple of months. Even just the color red is making him do a double-take every time it comes into his vision. He feels his perfected mask is slipping and he doesn't know how to fix it.
He can only hope that it isn't too noticable.
Meanwhile, Diluc wants to reconcile. The only issue is, he has no idea how to, and Kaeya has been acting strange...

You think, ah, fuck it, and then you’re on him, one hand on his shoulder, the other on his waist, spinning him around, shoving him, and he loses his footing on the curb, stumbles, and you get him under an arm, pick him up, and push him face first into the wall, reaching for your cuffs.
