Summary
Given that over the course of the past eleven months Peter Parker hasn't contracted so much as a head-cold, the teenager thought it safe to assume that the whole 'irradiated spider bite' gig had equipped him with an immune system of steel that rivalled Captain America's.
So when he wakes up one night in the midst of the worst asthma attack he's suffered in almost eight years, neither he nor the rest of the team can think of a logical explanation.
And everything sort of goes downhill from there.(Set in an Alternative Universe where Peter moved into the Avengers’ Tower following the events of The Amazing Spider-Man.)

“Michelle! MJ, talk to me, what’s going on?”
“Tony,” Michelle says, voice cracking. “Thank god. It—shh shh, Benji, come here, it’s okay, it’s okay. Tony, it’s Peter.”

Summary
It starts like this:
MJ and Flash, hands cuffed to each other and Peter, wrists and ankles held to the wall by thick metal cuffs and dangling in a way that’s surely to leave his shoulders aching.
The first week Peter, verbally, gives as good as he gets. He never lashes out physically and always does what their captors want the first time they ask. He still spends most of his time that he is in the cell chained uncomfortably to the wall. After the first week someone, apparently, decides that Peter is weak enough from the constant abuse and malnourishment that he is no longer chained up after his sessions; just dropped unceremoniously onto the dirty floor and left for MJ and Flash to care for.

Peter, Michelle and Flash get kidnapped to get information on Tony Stark.

Peter liked to keep things. Or more accurately, just… never throw them away. It wasn't really to the point that he'd say he had a hoarding disorder. He was just fine with the idea of throwing them away. It's just… what a waste, you know? They’d find some use later on, he was sure.
Naturally, this extended to his activities as a science nerd and, later on, his vigilante persona. This may or may not have… caused some problems.

Peter would like to think that he’s gotten a good hold on his powers since he was bitten—he’s become confident and comfortable with them, and he’s definitely gotten a better understanding of them from when he first woke up with them. However, when one of his powers has been going haywire all day, he completely misses what it was warning him of until it’s too late.
OR
Peter’s just in the wrong place at the wrong time. During the Academic Decathlon team’s practice, things start to get really shaky. Literally. He can’t save himself from this one.

MJ was standing a few feet away from the two, her thumb pressed against her lip in worry, and the clock in the corner behind her read three forty-five in the afternoon. Middle of decathlon practice. They still had an hour or so left, then.
"Did I pass out?" he asked, at last.
(Or, Peter passes out, and Tony is called in to play dad for a day.)

Summary
Thomas made his peace with his decision to surrender. Everyone else was alive and safe, and he had been promised that WCKD would contact the Right Arm to bring him home once the world was entirely Flare-free. He'd been allowed to contact Vince to make sure the Right Arm knew that Thomas chose this, and to ensure that Teresa, too, had somewhere to go to once it was finally all over.
He and Teresa both understood that it could take years. What they hadn't taken into account, was that WCKD would learn to make the cure without Thomas's blood. That he and Teresa no longer needed to be studied and experimented on, only kept alive in a secure and secluded location while WCKD eradicated the Flare, just in case it would mutate.
He and Teresa were okay with that.
They were wrong.
AKA: WCKD should not have trusted Janson with that task, although as it will turn out, WCKD had more to do with it all than they thought...
