Sure, he thought it was odd when he couldn’t find the hoodie he was wearing the day before, or when his favorite shirt was mysteriously missing from his closet, but he had been busy and he blamed it on thoughtlessness, even though Bakugo Katsuki is not a thoughtless person.
It wasn’t until he was down to his last three shirts, shirts he hadn’t worn since his first year at UA, that he knew something was up.

He had most of his face covered, and he wouldn’t let go even though Uwabami kept telling him to stop. Yaoyorozu had seen it and Katsuki had stepped in, yanking him off Uwabami but the guy grabbed him instead and-
“Wait,” he says as his brain catches up with his ears. “What?”
“He tried to attack Uwabami,” says Kestrel patiently. “But you and Bakugou got in the way and-”
“Me and Bakugou?” says Katsuki, digging his ears. “I’m Bakugou.”
(Katsuki and Momo get bodyswapped during their internship. It's terrible. Partly because of the weird new jiggly bits, but mostly because Momo now has to deal with Katsuki's giant, nauseating crush on Izuku Midoriya.
And Katsuki, unfortunately, has to deal with fucking Todoroki.)

The stranger looks somewhat uncertain. “Oh,” he says. “I didn’t think you were—,”
“I’m not,” Shouto interrupts. He glances at Bakugou, raises an eyebrow. “Not as far as I know.”
Bakugou looks a little bit like a kicked puppy, right then. A scowling, spiky, kind of cuddly still, kicked puppy. “Shou,” he says. “C’mon, sweetheart.”

After they stare at each other for a minute, Todoroki comes out with it. “Teach me how to play Shogi.”
