Summary
A witch, an ex-knight, and the best swordsman of the Northern Wilds walk into a bar, expecting to nail their easiest mission yet. The joke is on them when things don’t exactly go according to plan and two of them are forced to play pretend-lovers for a couple of days. The punchline is that they harbor not-so-secret feelings for each other that they may be forced to finally acknowledge if they want to keep up their ruse.
Or,
When Ale tries to save Angelo from some unwanted advances by pretending to be his boyfriend, a surprise encounter forces them to live out their lie for a little longer than expected. This, of course, should not pose any problems for Ale, who is entirely capable of waiting until they’ve beaten Galahad to be with the man he loves.

Summary
"After Kaz had disappeared and the remaining three of them had waited to see the reflections of a red flare on the buildings of Ketterdam, signalling that the others had made it out of the city, they had slowly made their way inside. Wylan hadn’t known how to feel. None of them had, probably. Relieved, distraught, maybe a little bit hopeful. However, exhausted seemed to be overriding any other emotion."
-----
Everything feels wrong and cold the first night of the aftermath.

Summary
“Is it fucked up if I say I hate your parents?”
Eddie huffs, as close to a laugh as he can get with how drained he feels right now.
“I mean, don’t get me wrong, I can appreciate their kid-making ability. They made one of my favorite people, and you made my actual favorite person, but-“ Buck shrugs, “Still hate them on principle for everything else besides that.”
At his words, Eddie feels a sharp tug in his chest, his heart leaping like it’s trying to reach LA and nestle beside Buck’s.
(or: eddie moves back to el paso & finds his way back to himself in the process.)

Summary
“Concussion. My helmet-I...” Jeremy can hear the slight slur of his own words, and tries his best to carefully speak again. “I think I'm okay.”
Jean treats him to a withering glare, unimpressed, before his expression pales slightly, and Jeremy does not have to guess as to why. The backliner pulls his hand from Jeremy's skull, holding it in front of him so he can see as well.
Red.
Slick and bright, coating Jean's fingers.
Or: Jeremy is badly injured, and finds it increasingly difficult to keep his feelings for a certain former Raven under wraps as some interesting facts come to light.

Summary
To wrap up a long and illustrious dance career, Peter Nureyev returns to Hyperion City for one final show. It’s to be a simple affair, the last promise of his aging body. He hasn’t met his partner yet, and he’s all but forgotten his time in the city.
Except it's Benzaiten Steel he’s partnering with, facing the same precipice as Peter but less willing to face it head-on. And with Benten comes Juno, a heartbreaker of the first order.
One look at Juno, and Peter is twenty all over again.

Summary
First rule of thieving: Do your own research.
First rule of thieving: Know what your mark wants.
First rule of thieving: Know what you, yourself, want.
What Peter Nureyev wants is to wake up next to Juno Steel every day for the rest of his life. He wants to travel the galaxy at his side, day after day, until death at last parts them. He wants so deeply and with such fervor it weighs on his heart like nothing else, save the ring, which stays always in one of his many pockets, feeling like a star attempting to collapse in on itself.
And that is the problem.
