Things don't usually go the way anybody expects them to; months after surviving the Unknowing, Tim Stoker opens the front door of the Institute to see a girl that he's only seen in Polaroids and his nightmares.
A post s3 (somewhat) fix-it where Tim (and eventually, Sasha) survive the Unknowing and tie up their loose ends.

Sasha died on July 29, 2016. She woke up again on April 6, 2016, after witnessing the end of the world.
A post MAG-200 fic where Sasha comes back, and gets a second chance to prevent the people she loves dying again (and hopefully prevent the end of the world, while she's at it).
And maybe work things out with Tim, if she's lucky.

Summary
Jon isn't dead. If he keeps telling himself that, he might believe it.
Tim is dead. No matter how much the world and the voice in his head say he's not, he doesn't believe them. But at least here in death Sasha is alive and well.
Nobody could have come out of the Unknowing alive. The police had told Martin there were no bodies, so where on Earth had Jon and Tim gone? Why has Helen taken it upon themselves to haunt the archives, with cryptic riddles and a Cheshire cat grin?
When the world as you know it is created from the very depths of your mind, doors can lead to more than just corridors and stories from childhood can become solid and real. Tim hasn't gone mad, he's just fallen down a rabbit hole and stumbled into Wonderland.
Jon isn't lost. He knows exactly where he needs to be, and he will find a way back to Martin even if he has to trapse the entirety of the deep, dark woods to do so. He made a promise. All he needs to do is find a familiar yellow door.

When he gets home after that endless, endless day, he texts Sasha. He does not think about that thing he saw, Sasha’s face warped and stretched and crueller than he thought was possible, her limbs distended, moving with predatory speed. Or rather, he does, and he texts her, ignoring the fact that his last few texts, friendly rejoinders, have gone entirely unanswered.
He doesn’t know what to say. "Escaped from somewhere that might be hell, hope you’re okay. Btw did u run into some horrible twisted perversion of yourself? Please tell me it didn’t eat you xx". He settles on a "you alright?" and waits.
