Summary
In the one hundred and ninety-sixth year since Aegon’s Conquest, a terrible rebellion was fought in the name of Bittersteel, the man who was once Aegor Rivers. The Marchers’ Revolt ended before the golden fields of Harvest Hall.
Many a traitorous lord died in the Battle of the Golden Fields, and bastards redeemed themselves in the eyes of the Seven. Legends were made, heroes were named, and fathers buried sons and nursed bitter wounds.
