Summary

Will and Mike make a promise to each other to never abandon each other no matter who they present as and what happens. But when Mike presents as an alpha, he apparently does everything in his power to go against that promise.

Will wasn’t sure how they even got the idea to start kissing, all of them, but once the cleric ran his hands through Mike’s messy hair, playing with the curls that were shorter than his paladin’s hair, and tugged a little bit harsher to see more of Mike’s throat and leave pinkish red bites there, it escalated from there on very quickly.

Summary
He remembers his Mom telling Ted Wheeler to calm down, that he was going too far – but she didn’t protest too much. Mike had run up to his room right after, forgetting the glass of water he had originally meant to get.
I won’t have a freak of nature living in my house, he curls up and sobs as another stab of pain flows through him, I’ll tie him to a post outside and let someone take him.
Or: Mike Wheeler presents as an Omega and promptly decides no one else can know. It doesn't matter that it's killing him, or that Will presents as an Alpha and Mike wants nothing else but be his. He can't let anyone know he's anything but a Beta, so he decides to take his suppressants and be content with pining from afar. This comes back to bite him in the ass in quite a spectacular fashion.
