Where Starfleet crew on duty engaging in sexual activity do so under duress, including but not limited to pollens, hypnotism, pheromonal activity, possession, biological compulsion, inviolable cultural mandate, feral intoxication, fungi, puppeting, brain fever, hot blood, siren cries, brainwashing, holo-infection, lures, angling, sunstorm, parasites, or any other circumstance wherein the lives of crew members and/or the success of the mission would be endangered were said sexual activity not to take place, they shall not be considered in dereliction of duty.

Summary
Tim didn't ask to be thrown headfirst into the wizarding world. Technically, he was asked, and technically, he said yes. Now he's stuck trying to solve this Voldemort problem, get these kids some therapy, and figure out what is wrong with all the adult wixen in this backwater school called Hogwarts.
ft. Tim being overly competent at some things and completely unaware of other things, Harry being allowed to be angry because his life is fucked-up, Ron not just being the dumb comic relief character, Sirius's drinking problems, Dumbledore's leadership problems, house-elves being inherently fucked-up, various OCs to shake things up a bit, wixen with disabilities, bisexual Tim Drake, and, of course, Luna Lovegood, the ever-present sunshine in this horrible, horrible world
