“Cousin?”
“Distantly, but as the only other one I can not-quite-claim is Malfoy spawn I’d rather claim you.”
He… couldn’t blame her. “Not quite?”
“Mum was disowned for running off with me Dad. He’s muggle-born. Her folks are those sort, so I figure we’re well shut of them.” She frowned. “And call me Dora or Tonks, not that monstrosity of a name she slapped on me.”
“How are we related?”
“Gosh, ask me an easy one, why don’t you?” She looked at the ceiling. “Mum’s grandfather was your grandmother’s eldest brother… I think? …Yes. Probably. She made memorize it but that was years ago.”
“Why’d she make you memorize it if you were disowned?”
“Because we’re related to half the pureblood families—at least, these days—and she wanted me to know who was too close to consider. Hardly matters, most aren’t worth knowing, much less considering. Or would bother with a ‘half-blood’ like us. So why are you here?”
“Well…”

“I hereby call the inaugural meeting of the Temporal Order to—” Hermione faltered for a moment and cleared her throat. “To order.”
Ron snorted.
Her cheeks went just slightly pink and she flicked a glare at him before resuming a haughty adult persona that, had any adults been in the room, would have been declared adorable. “Now, we all agreed to work on things separately until we got to Hogwarts and not to risk attempting to gather the horcruxes alone. I suggest we start with reports of our progress.”

Summary
Harry is doing quite alright after the war. He's not going back to Hogwarts, but it's not like anyone can blame him for not going back to where he died, and he's still getting his NEWTs remotely. He's fine, he's busy renovating his house and getting rid of all the unsavory bits of magic scattered all over the place, and he doesn't really need anyone's help.
Except, Narcissa Malfoy is suddenly there, week after week to make sure he doesn't destroy her family's legacy, and then she keeps coming back even after Harry's done with the place. Somehow they become friends? Harry has no idea how that happened, but he decides he likes it very much. Likes her maybe a bit more than that, too.

Summary
Going back in time was meant to be relatively easy. A sacrifice, but by all means not a big one. Instead, Harry finds himself crossing paths with a Narcissa Black who is so far from what he’d expected that he wonders if he arrived at a different universe rather than a different time.
The answer, of course, is that one should never doubt Hermione’s spellcasting abilities. Which just might mean that his life is in for some surreal changes.
Also, Harry might possibly never recover from having Voldemort flirt with him.
