Summary
HEAVILY inspired by Senzabaru by Shrineart please go read that. it holds a special place in my heart, as does this fandom. One BIG thing, is that "Reader" in my head is male, but can be read as gender neutral if you squint at it.
You've been living in Japan for a while now and are currently in the process of getting a new job. As you sit in a dimly lit office...you wonder what you may have gotten yourself into.....The ministry of defense give you a run down of the situation. You are to be a nurse and councilor for the children of E-Class at Kunugigaoka academy and to keep tabs on their teacher.....when they tell you about the octopus you think they must be joking. "An intelligent octopus creature that blew up the moon?....Is this some kind of prank show?....where's the cameras?".....You learn quick that it was in fact no joke....Karasuma gives you a file on the kids and the octopus and all the info that the ministry of defense thinks is okay for you to know....its a little overwhelming...you aren't entirely convinced until you come in on your first day...."Oh stars.....its real"...

Summary
Round two time, take two. I loved the idea that Nagisa was being abused at home, it helped to explain some of his sneaky assassin skills, and gave some extra depth to his character. However I found the resolution to that episode deeply unsatisfying. The solution to an abusive parent is to talk to them and do more housework?? I was also not on board with his parents getting back together in the graduation episode. This is a canon fix it, with my take on how that episode should have gone.
