Summary
Shiloh (Sam) and the other toons handlers were already at the abandoned Gardenview Centre after a year of being fired. It's now 2003 and the toons are somewhat alive...? Or at least with how mangled their bodies are with this black goop coating everything. The toons, the floors, and even themselves when the toons cling onto them. They need to find Delilah so she can clean up her goddamn mess, the firing might have been a coverup after all. Shiloh and the others embark on a hopefully not doomed quest to save the toons from their own twisted fates by finding her. No matter if Shiloh has to drag that bi- Delilah to Gardenview themselves.
