Summary
“No. No, Mike, can you hear me?” He nods, ever so slightly. It’s enough for Will. If he’s dying— if these are truly the last words that will ever be spoken between them— there’s only one thing he can say. “I love you. I’m in love with you, Mike, please. You can’t go. I love you so much,” Will whispers, cradling his body to his chest.
—
Will confesses his feelings as Mike takes his last breaths— and then Mike decides to be a stubborn asshole about it and survives. Will is left to deal with the aftermath of his choice, navigating an awkward new friendship.

Summary
Will is pregnant.
He’s sixteen and in eleventh grade, and this is not something that’s supposed to happen to him. He still worries about school and tests and getting through the day without anyone staring too long. Being an omega already feels like enough. This just makes everything worse.
It’s Mike’s.
That part scares him the most. Mike is his best friend, his alpha, and the person he trusts more than anyone. Will doesn’t know how to tell him, or how to tell anyone at all.
Will is four months pregnant, and there’s no hiding it from himself anymore.

Summary
They’ve never talked about it. Ridiculous, he knows. He and Will are practically attached at the hip, years upon years of history and horrors and unnamable joys, and yet they never had the most important conversation of all.
Mike and Will decide it’s time to grow their family.

Summary
He should have prepared for this. They all should have: him, his mom, Jonathan, and El. His friends, his pack.
It wasn’t a secret what he was, they’d known even when he wasn’t anywhere near presentation age. It was obvious. He was a disgrace long before it was official. Will Byers was an omega. A male one. It was an unspoken confirmation of what his father accused him to be, of what his hometown whispered about and what the new one suspected upon seeing him. It was testimony of every name he’d been called, a validation to the sneers of his middle school classmates and the rest of smalltown Hawkins, Indiana.
And that was just the start of the problem.

Summary
“How obvious?” He asks, unsure, despite what should be the blaring sign that hides under his layers.
Robin smiles at him, humor lacing her words as she answers.
