Summary
His first thought, upon seeing the mech jump off of the cliffside and fall directly towards him, was that the Quintessons had somehow managed to make a Cybertronian to fight for them. That the mech descending from above, plasma blade pointed down towards him as he was held in place by the Scouts on either side of him, was a reanimated corpse, experimented on by the Quints to make a mech-killing machine.
[No EM field. No spark-pulse signature. Possession of Quintesson weaponry. 42%.]
He reconsiders when the downwards motion of the mech slices through the segmented arm locked onto his right servo.

Summary
One-oh-six-one was an anomaly.
Well, perhaps that was inaccurate.
They could very well be a perfectly average member of their own species.
But no mecha Prowl knew of could punch a Quintesson in the face, snag their servo in its jaws, rip off their own servo to escape, kill that same Quintesson with extreme prejudice, and then scoop their missing piece from its mouth; not without expressing any form of pain at all.

Given the fact that Kurogiri's quirk is artificial, a combination of multiple powers, and thus the limits are not known, a severely injured Midoriya Izuku can fall through a portal opening up over New York City, 200 years in the past, during Spider-Man's nightly patrol.
