After meeting vampires like Kaiser, that smug bastard, and the Itoshis, two dry jerks, he really didn't want to deal living with one.
It's fine, Isagi isn't planning on befrieinding this new guy anyways. He's going to apply for a new room as soon as he can, nothing will change that.
