Theo’s expression hardens, and his gaze flicks up, taking in his surroundings before fixing his eyes back on Stiles. “Can we not do that here?”
“You’d rather do it somewhere your mother can tell you how I have to behave?” Stiles shakes his head and takes a step back. Part of him hopes Theo will blow up on him if only to prove him wrong — to show him that he doesn’t care about his image, that he really doesn’t care what his mother thinks, that he’s not like them. Stiles doesn’t want to be this wrong about Theo. He doesn’t want to admit that he’s fallen in love with a fucking act.
