“Hey, hyung,” he calls and knocks on the frame since the door is already ajar. “We’re just about to leave, sure you don’t wanna come?”
“I’m good, thanks, though,” Chan smiles from his mixing table, not looking up, and Hyunjin can’t have that. “You’re sweet for asking.”
“Not that sweet,” Hyunjin admits as he strolls up to his boyfriend and puts his hands on either side of Chan’s laptop, careful not to accidentally touch anything important. “Came for attention.”
“Attenti--?” Chan echoes in confusion, then cuts himself off when he finally looks up.
Hyunjin’s stomach just about flips inside out.
“Yeah?” he laughs, giddy inside.

Summary
“Happy anniversary, babe,” Chan teases, and Minho scoffs his way into his laughter.
“Happy anniversary, Chan-ah,” Minho says, and Hyunjin does a tiny wormlike-but-happy wiggle over the exchange.
“Happy first anniversary to you, Hyunjinnie,” Chan adds when he turns back to their boyfriend, who seems more than a little pleased with the night’s events.
“Happy first anniversary to me,” Hyunjin agrees in a cute voice that has Minho rolling his eyes again before leaning in to take Hyunjin’s chin and hold him until Minho is done kissing him, which takes a good number of seconds.

Summary
“Do you really miss me that much?”
Chan pauses. Not because Hyunjin sounds upset or accusing somehow, but because he sounds a little bit skeptical and a lot hopeful. Not necessarily like he needs the reassurance, but… well, reassurance doesn’t hurt, right?
“I think we’ve brought you up six to eight times since you left last night,” Minho states, rather bluntly, while fixing the blanket across his legs. “So, yes, really. Again, why would we lie about that? Yes, we miss you. I told you that weeks ago.”
“It was flattering then, not life and death!” Hyunjin whines through the phone, and Minho snickers at the dramatics.

“Hey, boyfriend,” Minho croons on the other end, and Hyunjin laughs embarrassingly quickly. Chan only grins at him from across the table. “What are you up to, handsome?”
“Well…,” Hyunjin snickers and crosses his arms over his chest. “I’m actually on a date.”

“Don’t move,” Minho murmurs, and Hyunjin listens, polite to a fault. Chan doesn’t think Minho said it for physical reasons as much as emotional ones, though. “You’re here. Finally.”
“Finally?” Hyunjin echoes with an absolutely blinding smile, stealing Chan’s breath right out of his lungs despite the fact that it’s not even directed towards him. How must Minho--
Chan’s brain freezes as it catches up, registering the look on Minho’s face, caught right there between Hyunjin’s fine limbs and the light fingers along his face and that surreal look on his face right--
“Fuck it,” Minho blurts, and Chan barely has the time to panic as he watches what’s about to happen next.

“Oh, my God, they have sexy fantasies about you,” Seungmin concludes, sounding delighted. “Obviously. Love that. You should ask for details, see if they get nervous. Or maybe they’ll demonstrate, who knows?”
“Minho hyung would happily demonstrate,” Hyunjin chuckles, picturing how such a question would be received. “He would also happily have Chan hyung watch him with me. I don’t know, though, I feel like an audience would make me self-conscious. I think I'd rather be the audience than have one.”
“Okay, that’s progress!” Seungmin cheers him on.

Summary
Even though they briefly discussed it last night, Chan sees the physical evidence as Minho kisses Hyunjin before his eyes. He’s falling for him. Hard. Or super soft, depending on how one looks at it. He’s grateful, relieved, and a bunch of other things to feel happy about it though, Chan can’t deny that. All this talking won’t do them any good if either of them walk around holding grudges or keep things inside, but at least on Chan’s end, that’s thankfully not an issue.
“Okay?” he hears Minho murmur between kisses, easily adjusting his own body in time with Hyunjin’s increasing proximity. “Okay, pretty?”
“Mm,” Hyunjin nods dutifully after crawling all the way into Minho’s lap, drawing another soft chuckle out of Chan’s charmed husband. “This is good. Like kissing you.”
“How sweet you are,” Minho coos, eyes flicking over to meet Chan’s for a second before returning to their pretty boyfriend. “Come here, yeah? Let me kiss that pretty mouth again.”

“My name’s Seo Changbin, by the way,” Changbin says, sticking a hand out that seems comically small as Hyunjin gently shakes it. “Hopefully we can meet up properly some other time, I’ll let you go now. Sorry again, about the shouting. I was just really excited to see who the old married couple was crushing on so hard, and I get it now. Bet Minho hyung loves you.”
“I don’t know what that means,” Hyunjin laughs, probably stealing Changbin’s breath away judging by the stupid expression on his face, “but sure, thanks. As long as you don’t chase me down the street calling me a homewrecker.”
“You’re not a homewrecker!” Chan bursts in horror, turning to Hyunjin with wide eyes. “What makes you think that?”
“Hyung, you are married,” Hyunjin defends himself while Changbin snorts. “But yeah, I know. I just said that I’d prefer it if no one chased me and called me names.”
“And I would never do that,” Changbin promises solemnly - hand on his heart and everything - and manages to lure another smile out of Hyunjin. “Besides, I’m pretty sure it’s not an intrusion if the house owners opened the door and invited you in."

“I’m a trained life-guard,” Hyunjin nearly whispers, clearly taken by the moment and how fucking gorgeous Minho really is, particularly when he’s trying to be. Jesus Christ. Chan can’t remember when he started sweating, but there’s no doubt that he is. “I’d save you.”
“Really?” Minho smiles, perking up by the sound of this news that Chan nearly laughs at the ridiculousness of Minho being genuinely pleased at hearing it. “Our Hyunjinnie, my savior. Thank you.”
Speechless, Hyunjin gives a jerky nod. Chan wishes he was too cool to relate, but fucking hell, he’s really not. Had he been in Hyunjin’s position, he’s pretty sure he’d look the exact same about now.

There’s a whispered ‘hi’ somewhere that belongs to one of them when Minho presses his nose below Hyunjin’s jaw in an obvious attempt at settling the urges of his wolf, and while Hyunjin yelps only a little bit at the blatant hurry of it all, it’s apparently enough for Minho to soften his grip around the omega inside his apartment as he slides an arm around Hyunjin’s waist and leaves a small, gentle kiss beside his fluttering pulse.
“Did you miss me?” Hyunjin breathes.
“That’s not even funny,” Minho moans miserably while Hyunjin laughs and finally gets his bag off his shoulder in order to return the embrace with one hand eager to flick through strands of Minho’s tousled hair. “Sorry for attacking you. I’ll let go soon.”

“I didn’t come here for that,” Minho says after a long moment, which isn’t a ‘no’ per se. There’s also a tiny smile still painting his full lips. Hyunjin nearly blacks out as he tries to figure out how they’d fit against his.
“I did,” he responds, honest to a fault, and maybe a little too blunt considering the way Minho starts laughing heartily. “I think going home with you would be a much better time than staying here until my friends are throwing up over my new shoes, but what do I know? It could just be the night of your life you’d be turning down, Minho-ssi.”
“The night of my life, you say?” Minho grins, eyes flickering from Hyunjin’s hooded ones down to his parted lips and back up again. When Hyunjin licks some sugar off his plumper lower lip, Minho’s gaze darts back down in no time.
