The room is dark, only illuminated by flashing lights, the loud music is pumping through the speakers and for a moment, she lets herself imagine kissing him, like she has done so many times before. It would be so easy, here in the dark, a crowd of strangers around them. To kiss him just this once. To kiss him like she wants to, has wanted to for so long, not just brushing her lips on his cheek.
