Oh how he missed the days where he slept so deeply that it was more akin to unconsciousness. The complete nothingness of that dreamless sleep would be welcome, right now. But he could not let himself reach for that sweet oblivion again.
Or… couldn't he? The Wild Hund was dealt with, their other pressing issues resolved. No one had need of his services. What was keeping him from slipping back into the embrace of that pure darkness, at least for long enough to get some proper sleep? Nothing.
Flins take a long nap, but not as long as it could have been.

“Loyalty, Varka,” Flins said instead of responding. “Not every answer is desperation.”
