So Wish is my absolute favorite Disney movie (which I know is kinda odd but personally I think it's good). I do disagree with a few things, such as turning Magnifico fully evil and neither he nor Asha listening to one another, so I'm changing some stuff up!

Summary
Rosas is a wonderful utopia, maintained by the beloved royal family; King Magnifico, a powerful sorcerer who protects wishes and grants the ones that help his kingdom prosper, Queen Amaya, his loving wife, there to support his choices and decisions and Prince Lucian, their son, himself already a considerably powerful sorcerer, helping out his parents and citizens his own way.
It’s a system that works, the people are happy and the kingdom prospers. But just one person, one choice, one “good” wish is all it takes to send everything crumbling.
Can a good, but exhausted king keep it together in the face of a threat that reopens old but deep wounds or will he finally crumble under the weights he’s carried for so long?
Can his loving family keep him from making a desperate and dangerous move, a last ditch effort to save his kingdom and people?
And if they can’t, is there a way to undo what’s been done?
Love is a powerful magic after all, if wielded right.However this tale plays out, one thing is for certain; some people will have to learn the hard way, the truth of an old saying that goes “Be careful what you wish for…”

So what, Disney won't let me fix him or own up to how they assasinated his character. If they won't retcon or remake their movie, I'll just appreciate what we DID get: a broken shell of a tramatized King Magnifico, pushed into his worst fears and punished for it. A tragic villain who needs to be humbled. This is a Magnifco W fic.

A little bit of a post-canon happy ending for Amaya and Magnifico, fairly light although I wouldn't call it marshmallow levels of fluff. I just want these two to be happy together!

Magnifico simply wanted to protect his people... protect their oh-so-fragile humanity. Alas, one reckless, self-centred girl wrecks his kingdom with what he feared the most... A little wish - a wish Magnifico had warned her about - a wish so powerful it ends up destroying Rosas as they knew it. Perhaps they can rectify her mistake, but perhaps not.
After all, the world isn't so forgiving a second time.
