The man wearing his face looked so much like him, yet no one would mistake the pair of them for each other. There was a sharpness in his features, a danger in his bearing and in his actions. The flint of his eyes, the razor-like precision of his gaze could pin a man in place with nothing more than a look.

Summary
They’re in rehearsal before their last two concerts in Kobe when it happens. It’s just one bad landing, his foot slipping where the stage is dented slightly in one place. No one else notices at first, but Seonghwa feels more than hears the sickening pop in his knee.
The pain that erupts through his body makes dark spots appear, dancing, in his field of vision. He looks around, but no one is there to catch him, so he stays upright, tears springing to his eyes.
Seonghwa and the difficult art of letting yourself be taken care of.

Summary
Seonghwa was previously a member of the Presidential Security Service and a former Black Beret. Now he’s working as a bodyguard in the private sector. It doesn’t carry the same kind of prestige as guarding the nation’s highest-ranking officials, but it’s all he feels he’s worthy of anymore.
The first time Hongjoong sees him, he’s convinced someone that pretty is no more an actual bodyguard than Ji Changwook or Kevin Costner were. He looked more suited to being a model or an actor than someone who was paid to protect someone else. Given that, Hongjoong has his doubts about him.
At least at first.

The room is suddenly quiet, filled only with the sound of the man's heavy breathing and Seonghwa's own thoughts as he waits for him to recover. His hands find his phone on the bed and he picks it up. He is stopped in his tracks entirely when he flips it over and sees that the screen is already lit up. His brain takes a moment to catch up to what his eyes are seeing.
An ongoing phone call, just over five minutes long, with Hongjoong.
