Summary
The Fraldarius Estate has been so very empty, at least to the Duchess Fraldarius. However her son seems perfectly content to send a single letter to the lady he means to court, with no sense of urgency to go to the city. Well, no more! If it were up to her, they would already be in Fhirdiad, but she'll settle for convincing her son to actually admit his intentions.

Summary
Just when Annette thinks she's getting through to Felix and communicating her interest in him, he always does or says something that reaffirms that he is still completely clueless to her affections. And sure, maybe she could be clearer in her communication, but most people would get the hint by now.
His most recent transgression? Bringing along an additional guest to what was supposed to be their one on one opera outing, an outing where she had planned to finally spell out her feelings for him. And to make matters worse, the storm brewing has ruined the perfect outfit she had picked for the evening.
At least the ducal residence in the city is nice and warm.
