She didn’t know who or where she was. All she knew was that she was 8 years old, she loved music, and she was dead. The ghost didn’t have a name, she probably had one when she was alive but she had no name now. So she was just the ghost.

A young ghost is haunting the Encanto, she has no name, no memeroy, no purpose. The only thing she can do is watch over the kids in the nearby sentient house and protect them as best she could. But they don't need her anymore, they all have gifts to keep them safe and no need for her to sing away nightmares. So when a young poet thinks she is an angel and asks her help she didn't refuse. It was nice having someone need her, even if he can't know what she really is.
