Summary
Sprout noticed Cosmo takes the same train as him every day across town for their work commute. He remembers Cosmo from school, where he had a huge crush on him. One packed day, he gets stuck sitting next to Cosmo on the subway, and he feels like he’s going to go crazy if he doesn’t say anything, so he strikes up a conversation.
He discovers Cosmo is so much more interesting than he’d ever realized and he was shamefully in love with him all over again. Head over heels.

He was a thief. This face wasn’t his. This voice wasn’t his. Even his personality…it wasn’t his. He hijacked this body and obtained all of it as a result, including memories. He remembered this life so clearly…even if it wasn’t his own. But he wanted it to be. God, did he want it to be.
With solemn eyes, he admired the boy in the mirror. He wished he were truly Hikaru Indo, not just a reflection. The answer as to why was simple. Hikaru Indo held Yoshiki’s heart. He wanted to be liked by Yoshiki, too.
Hikaru ponders the meaning of Halloween and what it means to dress up as someone else for a day. It's hard for him to comprehend, since every day of his is already spent playing the role of someone he isn't.
