Rhaenyra's eyes flicker over Alicent’s outfit, a long emerald green dress underneath an oversized blazer, and a pair of leather boots. “By any chance, did you, uh—”
“Come from another terrible date?” Alicent finishes for her, drily.
“This is unfortunately starting to get impressive.”
Alicent hasn’t been with anyone seriously since her last long-term relationship imploded but for some reason has now found herself stuck getting set up in a series of Bad™ dates. Enter Rhaenyra and her cat, Syrax.

Summary
“Alicent deserves someone who’s—” She tried imagining this perfect girlfriend; not so much a physical entity as an abstract set of qualities, “—completely obsessed with her. Who understands her, complications and everything. Someone who she can fully trust and feel safe with.”
Laenor shared a quick look with Laena.
“Well,” he said, after turning towards Rhaenyra again. “It sounds to me like you’ve just volunteered yourself to give Alicent Hightower an orgasm.”
Alicent finds out Rhaenyra used to peg her ex-boyfriend. Rhaenyra discovers Alicent has never been able to come. Things happen, awakenings occur.

Summary
In the heart of this tiny, quiet town, Alicent feels it fullest: no one knows her here. Not of her father, her husband, or her sins. It’s a limbo, not a new start—and somehow, the most peace she’s known in years.
Rhaenyra ruins all of it so easily, of course.
Alicent turns against her father, leaves an old life, and retreats to a small house by the lake. Rhaenyra simply can't stay away.
Or: what if i betrayed my father to secure your legacy and we were both girls

Summary
“I saw you at a gay club,” is, admittedly, not the strongest way she’s ever started a conversation, especially not with the way it stumbles out of her—awkward and thoughtless.
In front of her, Alicent isn’t even finished sitting down. Rhaenyra doesn’t know what she expects in response—maybe for Alicent to stutter and deny, in shame and in anger, or for her to just end this meeting right at this moment and call it a mistake.
Instead, Alicent flushes instantaneously, all the way to her ears, drops down into her seat, and sighs. “You still haven’t developed any kind of subtlety, have you?”
“My bad,” Rhaenyra tries, giving her a sheepish half-grin.
.
Or: They're childhood friends turned strangers, reconnecting after high school aka Alicent discovers lesbianism and dating mascs, and Rhaenyra has feelings about it.
