Summary
AU where PatPran never became friends as kids, living at opposite ends of their street, attending different schools and generally being kept more separate by their parents whilst also being fed stories about the other. They attend separate universities and go down very different trajectories.
Pat goes into his father’s business and accidentally reaches the grand old age of thirty without having ever had sex. When he wakes up on his thirtieth birthday, he is horrified to discover that there have been unforeseen repercussions to his chastity—he has very suddenly become a mind reader.
Even worse, Pran has strolled back into his life as the chief architect of a huge building project that Pat’s family business can’t afford to reject. The two immediately fall back into their animosity and things might never have changed had Pat not accidentally touched him during an argument and been thrown into a very graphic fantasy of exactly how Pran wanted to shut him up…

Summary
Pat screaming his love on the staircase of the architecture building. Learning the truth about their families’ feud. Their first time in the bed they ran away to. The dozens of postcards that had flown across the sea during his time in Singapore. The first apartment they’d rented together and how they’d anointed every room in sweat and kisses.
So many moments he couldn’t imagine his life without.
