Watching your friends fall in love and get married is a lovely concept, you're happy for them and they are blissfully in love. Then you look around the room at all your other friends in various stages of their serious relationships; married, engaged, close to proposing, pregnant. That's when it hits you that they will eventually move on without you, you'll be dating while they are all settled with kids.
“Let’s make a deal.” He said suddenly, snapping her full attention to his offer. “If all our friends get pregnant, we’ll have a baby together. I’ll be your sperm bank.
Pining over his delicious body for a long time with the opportunity to finally give into her desires and have an opportunity to be at the same stage in life as her friends. Hermione Granger was not holding back from what she wanted and how she needed to get it.

But George pulled through. He recovered, and he woke again, and for a few, blessed moments, he laid eyes upon Bertha and did not frown or flinch, simply smiled at her and held her hand and told her “I’ll be quite alright, my dear.”
The trouble is, Bertha made the altogether foolish mistake of believing he meant they would be alright, as well.
