Some days, the lyrium in Fenris' bones hurts more than others. A constant low lying ache becoming fire in his blood, a headache clawing at his skull. Before, he would have pushed through, fought his own body knowing he had no other choice. Now he can stay home, under a blanket, and drink himself into a stupor until he can't feel a damn thing. Or at least, he could. Before Hawke.
Some days, Hawke helps.
