His head lowered, pressing his forehead to hers. His eyes threatened to swallow her whole.

‘What would I need you for,’ she responded, holding his phone like it was emitting a bad smell.
‘Emergencies y’know?’ he smirked. ‘If you have any more problems with cursed spirits, or maybe you just want to see a pretty face –’
‘Okay, okay, fine,’ she cut him off, tapping in her number before practically throwing the phone back at him. ‘If you prank call me, I’ll block you,’ she stated sourly.
‘I wouldn’t dream of it, Nishimura.’
