Summary
Minho has always been tough. When people spoke words that hurt him, he wouldn’t cry. If he fell down he would get back up. If he got injured, he’d carry on. He has always been like that. Very few people saw his vulnerable side. And if people thought they saw his tough exterior crack, he’d make a mean joke and hide the vulnerability.
He couldn’t keep that up though. He knew that.

Chan feels the burn of shame as it rises up his cheekbones. He’s so pale nowadays that he wonders if the color is even visible to Jeongin.
“This is not for you to worry about, Innie. Go back to sleep.”
Jeongin’s eyes grow sad. “You’re just going to keep going, aren’t you? When does it stop, hyung? When we find you unconscious in your studio?”
“I-" Chan swallows. Guilt sits thick in his throat like bile. “You’re exaggerating, Yen. Listen to hyung, okay? I know my own limits.”

Summary
Just before the doors closed, a tall man stepped inside with dark scrubs, a stethoscope looped loosely around his neck, jaw set tight, and his brow furrowed in an expression that practically radiated ‘don’t talk to me.’
Felix straightened automatically, recognizing him from the whispered conversations at the nurse’s station. Dr. Bang Chan, the new pediatric attending everyone said was brilliant but… perpetually scowling.
It was the first time Felix had seen him in person.
