During a simple escort mission into ancient Jedi ruins, Obi-Wan and Anakin are transported from their own Universe to one where the Republic is at war with the Mandalorian and Sith Empires, and soulmates are more than an over the top romantic plot device often found in holo dramas.

Summary
"I don’t know how this happened. I don’t yet know why. But this is definitely Anakin’s fault."
Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jedi Master, Exile, and now Force Ghost, was pleased with the way things had turned out. The Sith were dead. His padawan had returned to the Light. And Luke Skywalker was beginning to lay the foundation for his new Jedi Order. And while Luke, Leia, Han, and the Rebellion cleaned up the last traces of the Empire on the physical plane, he and Anakin would devote the next stage of their afterlives to repairing the damage Sidious and his ilk wrought on the Force itself.
At least, that was the plan.
After a disaster on the cosmic scale that Obi-Wan is still trying to wrap his mind around, he finds himself back in the early days of the Clone Wars, Commander Cody loyally at his side, Anakin at his back, and Sidious plotting against the Jedi at every turn. He's been given an unasked for chance to do everything over again. And with the Force as his ally, he intends to set the galaxy on a brighter path than the one it's currently on.

There is a pause.
Maul breaks it by jabbing a finger into Obi-Wan’s face like it is itself a blade.
“I do not love. And I said no chickens,” he says.
“Cross my scorched heart,” Obi-Wan says with acid.
(Maul and Obi-Wan become roommates on Tatooine. Force-Ghost Qui-Gon observes him and Obi-Wan settling into domestic distress.)

Summary
“Master Yoda and I have been speaking. We believe we might have a plan.”
“A plan,” Obi-Wan repeated, he could feel a deep uneasiness building in his chest. “You and Yoda have come up with a plan. A plan for what?”
Qui-Gon just smiled. Obi-Wan knew this smile too. It was the I follow the will of the Force smile. The trust me, I know best smile—that didn’t actually mean that Qui-Gon knew best, just that he thought he did.
It had landed Obi-Wan in trouble more often than Obi-Wan could count, but Obi-Wan had never died, so Qui-Gon had always seemed to consider that a satisfactory result, no matter what else might have happened.
“When one becomes one with the Force there are… many things a person can do that would otherwise be impossible.”
Obi-Wan frowned, because that sounded ominous, and Obi-Wan felt a twinge of uneasy.
“What exactly is this plan?”
Qui-Gon smiled. “You saved me, Obi-Wan. Yoda and I think you can do it again.”

Summary
Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi gets displaced in time and, to Darth Vader’s delight, decides the Death Star sucks. There might be some treason involved.
“So, just to recapitulate, the Emperor-“ Obi-Wan’s face scrunched up in disgust, an expression Vader thought was quite appropriate for this situation, “decided to build a weapon that can blow up entire planets, named it Death Star and decided that was a job well done?”

One chance to fix everything. He could do this.
He can do this.
Obi-Wan had so many questions and very few answers. Just to get better, he’d have to deal with it cautiously - for now, no one could know what’d happened to him - and he had to pretend to be an unremarkable Initiate, while he decided which path he would guide the Order to save the galaxy.
No pressure. He’d been once a GAR High General and he was never behind his paperwork. He could do this.

“So why am I still here?” Obi-Wan asked.
“You have been captured,” Thrawn pointed out.
“But I am not being treated like a prisoner,” Obi-Wan responded. He had operated too many Star Destroyers to not know the protocol. There was a medical ward in the brig for a reason. He could have easily been treated there.
“No, you are not."
“So what am I?”
“An unexpected relic of a bygone age,” said Thrawn. “And I am somewhat of a collector.”
[Or: Thrawn finds Obi-Wan frozen in carbonite over a decade after the Clone Wars ended and the Empire rose to power.]

Summary
The life of General Kenobi is cut short at the hands of his Padawan, but the sight that greets his eyes upon awakening is not that of blinding light of the Force, but the Jedi Temple he knew when he was still a youth. As he struggles to understand the path laid out before him, Obi-Wan unwittingly captures the attention of a singularly unusual Temple Guard, and that of a reluctant Qui-Gon Jinn.

His fingers reach for the hilt that has become as familiar as his own after that three-day journey back from Melida/Daan. He couldn’t stand to put the boy's saber down until he reached his quarters and reality finally set in.
Obi-Wan didn’t come back with him. Once again, he is without a Padawan.
The moment cool durasteel meets his fingertips, the overwhelming presence of Obi-Wan slams into him so hard the room begins to spin. Qui-Gon sinks to the floor, saber clutched in both hands and pressed tight against his chest as though it’s actually Obi-Wan he’s hugging.
"You have to go back."
