"Take a good look Doctor." The Master whispered in his ear. "They may not mean anything to you now, but I assure you, they will."
The Doctor was once again freed from that horrid gag and let out a sigh of relief. He stared at the Time Lord beside him. Just what was he playing at?
"What is this." He growled out.
The Master simply smiled. "A reunion. You may not know them, but they know you, Doctor. So well."
"I don't understand. Master, let them go." The Master sucked in a breath and tilted his head back. His eyes fluttered close. He did like it when he used his name.
"No, no Doctor I don't think I will. It was so much trouble finding them. You really don't stay in one place for too long."

Summary
It wasn’t the first time that the Master had to work with the Celestial Intervention Agency. Did it go wrong the first time? Yes! Was this new mission already turning sour? Oh, yes! Why ask the Master for help? Because he was the best to find the Doctor and deal with him. Once again, the fool has disappeared from the face of Time. Good riddance, you may think, and you were a bit right, but the Doctor seems to have caused untold chaos in a strange pocket universe. The world, full of myths and magic, was now leaking into the well-known universe, bringing trouble and destruction to all of creation.

Summary
The day was December 25th, 2009.
The Doctor, ever skeptical of theories like the “butterfly effect,” often dismissed the idea that the smallest action could reshape the cosmos. To him, the universe was far too resilient, too interconnected, for such things to matter. Or perhaps he simply hated the term.
The Master’s relentless advance toward Rassilon, fury and defiance blazing in his eyes, his hands crackling with power, driving the once-mighty Lord President back into the Time Lock. The portal closing, Gallifrey vanishing, and the world righting itself once more. It was canon. It was the way it had always happened—and the way it always would.
Until it wasn’t.
One step. That was all it took. The Master’s stride faltered, a fraction of a fraction too short.
A universe where the Master lingered a moment too long.
A universe where the Doctor was forced to stay even longer.
OR
The Master and the Doctor experience a failing universe and are forced to sort out their differences if they want everything to go back to normal. (It's very complicated)
