Summary
“My name has been lost through time, so it doesn’t surprise me that you don’t know me”, said the black haired man, ignoring (or enjoying?) the terror that showed in Cid’s eyes, his smile remaining impassive, as if he just talked about the clime when he informed Cid that he had offended a god. An ancient god, if the other wasn’t lying.
“You can call me Clive”
For him, it all began thousands of years ago with the appearance of feelings and emotions. The vague memory of feeling appreciated, treasured.
Or maybe it all began with the image of an old man with gentle appearance and a concerned expression, who told him with a deep voice, that he just needed to wait here. That he would be safe here.
But in reality, Clive's life began when the sea remembered him, bringing with it the answer to all his prayers, the thing he had longed for all his life.
“But you are real, and you are here. On my island. With me”, he said, touching the other man, proving to himself that he was real, tangible. That he was there, with him.

Summary
After the collapse of his marriage, Oscar Isaac accidentally hits a young man with his car on the same day his divorce is finalized. The victim survives but wakes with complete amnesia—no name, no past, no identity. When the authorities fail to locate any records of who he is, Oscar, driven by guilt and loneliness, takes responsibility for him and becomes his temporary legal guardian, naming him Adam.
