"Mine then. My life, my body," Izuku decides, voice made out of steel.
Midoriya Izuku makes a deal with a merman. It puts his soul in danger, but it's Izuku's heart that ends up bleeding more than anything.

He’s spent so much time longing to be able to touch him like this and hating himself for being so selfish for wanting it. He’s bottled up the feelings and desire and pain so much that it’s now filled to the brim and there’s nowhere else for it to go. He likes to think of this as making room in that bottle- if he acts on these feelings a little now he can go back to storing them away. That’s all this is. After tonight he will have enough space so he can go back to how it was.

“That’s heavy, Deku,” Katsuki finally drawls out, and it resounds a little bit like a teasing remark, especially with how rarely the blond uses his nickname these days. “Letting out my feelings for you as much as I want won’t make your days normal like before. Do you get that?”
“I don’t care,” Izuku says, straightening himself a bit more. “I don’t mind. Let it all out.”
“You hearing yourself?” A slim, blond eyebrow is slowly being lifted. “You don’t even like me, dumbass.”
Or, Bakugo Katsuki confesses his love for Midoriya Izuku the same way he does everything: bluntly. It starts the strangest Game of Gay Chicken in existence. Class 3-A is exasperated.
