Summary
When Jack arrives in Rapture, it's hard not to latch onto the first voice of reason he hears. Atlas is an invaluable resource, guiding him along via radio on a wing and a prayer. If the man's steadfast refusal to dwell on misery or morality seems a bit ill-fitting at times, Jack isn't complaining-- it certainly goes a long way in keeping them both sane. The plan is simple: save Atlas's family from where they're trapped in the bowels of the city, and escape.
And that's when, some might say, fate intervenes-- and Jack finds himself seeing double.

Laurie's occasional wallflower tendencies usually don't get him into any trouble. They do, however, when they involve alcohol, and illicit crushes, and the company of powerful men.
But, well, at least something transactional goes both ways. Right?

Summary
Jack, up-and-coming boxer and darling of Fort Frolic, is put in a bit of a predicament: an impromptu move to Rapture's working class district and a training regimen at The Fighting McDonagh's. A bid to increase his popularity (and value) as a fighter, Fontaine tells him.
That's all well and good-- but McDonagh's own prize fighter is proving to be quite the distraction.
... Alright, perhaps that's a bit of an understatement.

Summary
When Atlas had paid for a sleeper agent to be built at his command, he asked for a lot of things. Strength, efficiency, and susceptibility to mental suggestion, to name a few. Most of the kid's traits he'd left up to the doctors who created him-- his dynamic being one of them. He figured they'd go with Beta, since it seemed the simplest option, but Jack turning out to be an Alpha is interesting, if unexpected.
What's more interesting is when Jack's rut hits him full force, and the first thing he does is bare his throat to Atlas.

“I just mean you’re different, is all. Knight in shinin’ armor and all that. Well,” he gestures to the blood and grime caked to Delta’s suit with one hand, “maybe not shinin’, but you get the idea.”

Everyone had their secrets. Being part of the mob, theirs were normally more dangerous than most, but this time... this time, things were a little different. Because fancy lingerie was the last vice you'd expect for someone as dangerous as Tony Camonte. Hell, Guino hadn't expected it for himself, either.
And yet here they both were. Who was he to deny a little luxury?

Eccedentesiast is an English word formed from three Latin roots: ecce, I present; dentes, teeth (here, a smile); and iast, one who performs or entertains. Its derived meaning is that of an individual who hides pain or malcontent behind a smile. By combining these roots, the word’s literal meaning becomes the following: I present to you my teeth as a performer.

Things Sinclair wants: for his adopted daughter to call him Pa, for enough money to not have to go to work ever again, and for Subject Delta to pin him down and fuck his brains out. Immediately, if at all possible.
Augustus Sinclair has always been very good at getting what he wants, so it seems like less of a matter of if, and more a matter of when.

Sinclair is used to playing both sides of any conflict, and forming an alliance with Atlas is no exception. Atlas is used to getting his way, and putting Sinclair in his place only sweetens the deal.
Needless to say, things get... messy.
