Summary
Despite what Ilya Rozanov seems to think, Scott Hunter is not old enough to start having hearing response. So at the 2011 All-Star Game, Scott's perfectly working ears catch the whispered room number exchange. In an teempt to not hear what two closested rookies do in their spare time (plausible deniability) Scott comes up to his hotel room late, and runs right into Shane Hollander closing the door to Ilya Rozanov's hotel room.
He should've had more to drink.

Rozanov made a dismissive noise. “No, no, I will pick you up. Send me your address.”
“I’m not giving you my home address.”

“Because you’ll probably post it on social media to psych me out before our next game.”
That made Rozanov laugh. “It is good idea,” he said. Stopped laughing. Started again. Blew out a breath like he had to get himself together. “I might do this to you,” he allowed, “but you have nice boyfriend living with you now. I would not do this to him. You are safe.”
In which Ilya Rozanov adopts himself into Scott and Kip's household and refuses to leave. Kip finds this very sweet. Scott is going to kill him.

“You’re drunk.” Pike tried to leave again, but Marleau didn’t let him.
“I’m not, I’m very sober you know.” Marleau reached for his wrist, trying to pull him closer but Pike tried to twist it away, part of him screaming to leave Marleau alone because wherever this is going is not good.
“I don’t want anything to do with you, just leave me alone Marleau.”

Shane's hands worked on lacing his shoes as he sat in the locker room, Hayden excitedly talking about their win against Buffalo next to him. "It's Buffalo, Hayden. It'd be embarrassing if we didn't win." Shane rolled his eyes even though he too had a smile on his face, cheeks still flushed from their victory just minutes ago.
Before Hayden could chirp back, J.J entered the locker room with a dark expression, his eyes glued to his phone as he headed straight for the pair.
"Did you guys see the news yet?" His eyes flickered between Shane and Hayden. It was an innocent question, but it made Shane tense up nonetheless. Hayden glanced at him and patted his back before replying, "No? Did Scott Hunter finally retire?"
Neither J.J nor Shane laughed, and the former slowly shook his head, "No...No. It's trending all over social media. Some paparazzi leaked photos of Ilya fucking Rozanov.."
No No No. This can't be happening Shane thought desperately as all blood drained from his face.
