He blinked and watched as Crowley rolled over, fixing him with a gaze that glinted like hard, steaming embers. Fumbling for Aziraphale’s hand, Crowley intertwined their fingers and squeezed, onyx-coated nails biting into his skin.
“This body will grow and nourish our child. It will. I will.” Crowley’s breath stuttered, but his grip remained firm. “’s a promise.”
Aziraphale and Crowley are desperate for a child of their very own, determined in spite of the unprecedented nature of the journey they're undertaking. Passing time and negative results wear away at their nerves, though, and Aziraphale fears losing more than just a chance at parenthood in the process.

“Oh,” Langa said simply, the bowl in his hand still tipped forward and dripping its contents onto the man’s shoes and the floor around him. “I was…really hungry. I didn’t see you standing there.”
One disastrous interaction at a political gala leaves Langa tense and withdrawn for the rest of the night, much to Adam's dismay. Adam has never been very good at handling an upset Langa.

Raised by the Hero Commission and all that, he never got to grow up around kids his own age the way he was supposed to. It was never a date that sparked much interest in him, either.
But that year, when the chocolate ads started airing, something about it made Keigo pause.
A ridiculous idea began to take shape in his mind: what if, this time, he gave Enji real chocolate?
Alright, alright. He knew — it was insane to even consider it. Giving chocolate on Valentine’s Day was something an lovestruck schoolgirl would do.
He wasn’t a girl. And he certainly wasn’t in school.
But in love… ah. That he most definitely was.
