He turned to see the man leaning against the door frame, fresh out of the shower. He was wearing Shane’s shirt, the same one he’d worn out last night, as if it couldn’t be made any more obvious. A quick glance at Ryan told him it was very, very obvious.

the feeling was a deep, pooling ache of dread.
but at that moment, fifteen, noel just grinned. “then i’d better start showing you the good music, huh?”
