    Jungkook knew his mother didn't love him; she didn't even bother looking him in the face lately. Even so, he knew that at least his father loved him, since he wanted a son who was a real man. His father was the definition of a chauvinist; he loved it when his son fought like a man and played with cars. He wouldn't allow Jungkook to hang out with girls when he was little because only sissies did that. And although all these comments hurt him, his father's purpose was to have a son just like him, something that didn't happen because he didn't like any of the things his father was so keen on instilling in him. He often had dreams where he was pampered and cuddled. A dream where he didn't have to pretend to be strong in front of his father. And although that sounds beautiful, he knows that will never happen.
