Summary
Hello, this is my first time posting here! : D
I want to share my little Verstave Comic, I drew for the last convention I attended : ) Since I drew it the weekend before the convention, it's self printed and folded out of one DinA4 page, to a pocket size smut zine. It's 6 tiny comic pages+title, so it really is just porn without plot, but a lot of feelings.
I hope you enjoy it ♡

"A boy from the Writers’ Guild? Really, son?"
Their mother's voice almost cracked at the final word. My, this must be bad. She couldn't hear Renoir, but her soft-spoken father was most likely beside Aline and holding her by the side right now. He would not intervene until Aline would relent, or explode."He is not a writer, Maman. How many times do I have to tell you? He's an engineer—"
Or: I can't help but wonder... what if there was a real Gustave outside the canvas?

Summary
In a city bright with the progress of the Belle Époque, Verso lives in the shadows, grief-stricken by the 'written' fire that claimed his sister. He pours his anguish into his piano, hiding from a secret war between those who paint substance and those who write destiny.
As a brilliant structural engineer, Gustave believes a beam fails because of stress, not sorcery. But when he begins to notice a pattern of architectural disasters plaguing Montmartre, his need to fix the flaws inadvertently threatens a powerful faction manipulating Paris from the shadows.
Marked for death because he refuses to accept their narrative, Gustave is pulled into Verso’s dangerous world. The pragmatist and the artist forge a partnership: Gustave provides the logic to expose the lie, while Verso finds the courage to pick up his brush and shield the man who has become his tether to the world. Together, they must dismantle a conspiracy written in stone before the ink dries on Gustave’s final chapter.

Summary
The girl’s shoulders hunch again. An expression is battling on her face. Guilt again, and fear, and shame. And then faintly, in the soft turn of her cheek, commiseration. She watches Gustave for a long, sad moment, and then turns to a new page in the notepad. She starts writing something, and then stops, glancing furtively at Gustave before scribbling it out. On a new line she instead writes in big bold letters:
Maelle.
OR
Gustave is the local mechanic of Lumiere, an idyllic coastal village far away from the chaos and conflict of Paris. Struggling with his recent injury and the loss of a good friend, he's not quite prepared when a family moves into the abandoned Manor on the edge of town.
He's definitely not prepared for their children.

Summary
It had been five years since their gods had been forced out of the Canvas. Five years, for them, in which Gustave had had to wrap his head around not only the events after his death — of Canvas Worlds and a grieving family, of a dead brother and the remains of a soul pushed past its breaking point — but also of their future. A future they now, apparently, had for years and years to come, if his friends were to be believed.
