Will sounds like he really means it. Still, he doesn’t look away from Mike’s lips, as if caught there. Caught between his anger and something else entirely.
Mike swallows, keenly aware of the blood that’s trickled down his face and into his mouth. “Fuck me?”
As it turns out, going to university in a new city doesn't help Mike get over his unresolved feelings for Will. Such is Mike's luck that, when the party reunites in Hawkins for the break, Will seems to be completely over Mike—and he has his extremely likeable boyfriend in tow.
Or, Mike is the kind of drunk who makes out with a guy while pretending he’s his estranged childhood best friend, then realizes his feelings for said friend may not be as straight as he had hoped.

Summary
Overall, Lucas has been having a great day. Until he sees them, the banes of his existence. Their first mistake as a Party had been to let Mike and Will be drunk near each other in public. But they had learnt from that mistake, and since then, whenever Mike and Will are both drinking, a third Party member makes sure not to get shit-faced, just to keep an eye on them. And it works, for the most part, they’re at least able to get the two into a bathroom or a car or some sort of private space before they start clawing each other’s clothes off.
What none of them had thought about though, was the fact that Mike Wheeler has always been a weak man when it comes to Will Byers.

Summary
Will and Mike play truth or dare in the Wheeler's basement. What's some cheap wine and some making out between best friends, right?

“So if you don’t really, uh… think about what kind of girls you’re into,” Will starts, words slow and a little slurred together, “what do you, you know…”
Mike leans back further into the couch, head tipping against the cushions. Will watches as his curls fall away from his neck, exposing the line of his throat.
“What do I what?” Mike asks.
His words are just as clumsy, and the thought brings a pleasant warmth to Will’s stomach.
“What do you think about,” Will tries again, gesturing vaguely with his hands—hands that don’t feel entirely connected to the rest of him. “When you…” He trails off, face heating. He makes another gesture with his hands, one that he sees guys do in the hallways to gross each other out.
Mike’s mouth curves upward, slow and amused. His eyes are heavy-lidded, glassy in the lamplight.
“Jerk off?” he supplies, almost playfully.

Summary
Will takes a step couple steps towards Mike, narrowing his eyes. "Yes, Michael. I am being serious. Act like a fucking man."
This causes Mike to sit back a little bit, expression twisting into something Will can't recognize quite yet. His eyebrows raise slightly, taking in the angry man standing in front of him.
They're both quiet for a moment, Will's chest heaving slightly as Mike looks up at him with half-lidded eyes. Will hates how quickly he can feel his anger shifting into something dangerous and familiar. "Yeah?" Mike breathes out. "You want me to act like a man, William?"

Mike loves when Will addresses him by his full name. Maybe a little too much.
