Castiel nods and gingerly takes the knife from Dean’s hand, and if Dean didn't know any better he would think it the caution of a man who has never handled a knife in his life, but Dean does know better, and he knows that Cas knows just how to use that knife in a way that hurts.

When Dean finds himself having forgotten everything, even his own name, for some reason one thing remains – Cas is his boyfriend. He could not be more convinced of that. Sam thinks this is hilarious and it's even more funny to him to leave Dean alone with Cas while he tries to figure out how to reverse Deans amnesia. When an unexpected change of plans lands them in a little town known as Santa Claus, Indiana the two men find themselves snowed in at a historic inn where they may just find the Christmas miracle they have been looking for.
