Summary
“I awoke this morning at my desk, as usual, to the most raucous banging at my door — which was, contrarily, quite unusual. I thought, at first, there might have been an emergency, and hastened to open it for the Cookies. Nearly everyone who lives under my purview was there, if you can believe it, hah!”
Solidarity and Volition exchanged an uneasy glance at Knowledge’s cheerful tone.

Summary
Elder Faerie let out a long, slow breath, allowing himself a moment of grief. Just how could it possibly have gotten so bad, so fast? These Cookies, noble Cookies, sent down by the Witches themselves… They hadn’t deserved to fall from grace like this. Agony had made their reactions to tragedy and lethargy impulsive, but their hearts, their cores — those were still pure. Full of hope, and love for Cookiekind.
Lingering on such questions, he imagined, would avail him naught.

Summary
“… I will not hurt you, Shadow Milk,” They settled on decisively; “It’s not in my nature. And it’s not what you deserve.”
Shadow Milk Cookie scoffed, turning his head to stare blankly at Pure Vanilla.
“… It’s not what I deserve. To be torn apart is not what I deserve? Really. After all I’ve done and everything you know? Because — just a fun little reminder, ‘Nilly, there’s a lot of crimes back there you don’t know about.”
“Even so. Whatever punishment you think you deserve will not come from me. I am not judge, jury, nor executioner.”

Summary
Let me be your… Friend.
Friend?
… There was a world where he rejected that. He could feel it in his chest; everything he really wanted, all the little things he dared not linger on the concept of too long. A friend, yes, was on that list.
But, for a second, his worst parts had snarled; that’s not enough. That is NOT enough to concede this! And you’re not foolish enough to take the offer!
But another, softer, quieter part - that part, stronger for just a moment alone, dared to question it.
Can’t we settle?

Summary
“I must say, I’ve been getting… bored, as of late.”
“Bored?”
“Well—not bored, but in the need of somethingg… different.”
Different. That word never meant anything tame.
“Like what, my dear?”
Shadow Milk’s eyes darted around the room obliviously as he dug a thumb into his palm, framing his thoughts like a confused student trying to clarify a difficult topic in a lesson. “Have you ever fantasized about… not being the one on bottom? Being the one ruining instead of being ruined? Plowing instead of getting plowed?”
…Though, those words belonged nowhere near a classroom.

Summary
Two Time eyes widened, and the calm shattered in an instant. Whipping around, they dashed back inside, feet pounding against the floor as panic surged through them. What greeted them wasn’t just a smoking pot or a bit of steam—it was fire. Orange flames licked at the cabinets, black smoke curling up to the ceiling. The kitchen, once clean and full of promise, was already being swallowed in chaos.
They stood frozen, eyes fixed on the flames, the heat licking at the edges of the counter, smoke curling toward the ceiling. For a moment, the world was quiet—until the front door creaked open and a familiar voice echoed through the house.
"I'm back—what's this smell?"
Or Two Time and Azure’s everyday domestic life.
