Summary
The Kent farm in the spring was beautiful. Bruce expected this. But all of Smallville was waking up for the spring, and so was Clark, his winter sorrow melting away with the snow and his smile coming back more and more with the sun. Summer was his favorite season, obviously, but Bruce could see how close of a second spring was.
Clark clearly enjoyed spring at the Kent house more than any other season. Summer, he worked on the farm with his Pa, and the fall was winding down into the dread of winter. Winter, Clark hated. So, spring was the best time for Clark to visit, and visit he did, more often during spring than in any other season, and he dragged Bruce along.

Summary
Clark felt a heat in his belly that he felt very rarely. In fact, the last time he felt it had to have been over nine months ago. The sensation was warm, fuzzy, and somehow dangerous around the edges. It prickled like a sparkler or the zap of an electric fence, and because of this, he tended to avoid it as soon as it turned up. Those two things couldn't hurt him, but this feeling… This feeling could. At least, it had before.
But maybe it was different this time. It had to have been. Maybe some sort of unattended admiration that had been brewing for the other man finally boiled over. He nodded internally. That had to be it, because it couldn't be that—

For a second, nothing happened. Bruce felt a brief surge of hope that Clark had managed to escape, that on the other side of that mirror was nothing but unconscious guards. Then Bruce saw his reflection begin to change. Agonizingly slowly, a pale mark appeared across Bruce’s chest.

Soulmates share wounds. Not the full thing, not the pain, just the vague imprint. For the longest time, Bruce didn't think he had a soulmate, and Clark was getting increasingly worried about his. Then a fight against some of Lex Luthor's thugs changed everything.

Summary
There’s a new reporter at the daily planet, Clark Kent. There is also a new superhero across the bay, Superman. Clark tries his best to respect people’s privacy, but with super senses, it’s kinda hard to not figure out that Bruce Wayne is Batman. It’s also kinda hard to not fall a bit in love with the guy.
Bruce Wayne finds himself falling for a young reporter who keeps making odd appearances in his life. This man is simultaneously the most lucky and unlucky man, and probably one of the most innocently stupid. Batman is also beginning to form an odd friendship with his new neighbor, Superman. As much as he doesn’t want to like the guy, he can’t get him off his mind.

Clark knows Batman's identity and sees how long it takes for Bruce to discover his. Cue the romance for The World's Finest power couple!
