It's no secret that Cater's great at fortune-telling. It's also no secret that Idia is kinda a cynic and doesn't really "do" the whole seeing-into-the-future thing.
So color Cater more than surprised when one day, Idia comes up and actually asks Cater to read his fortune. His reason for doing so? He has a giant crush on a fellow student and wants to know if they'll say "yes" to him asking them out on a date beforehand.

Summary
Because the universe is just that cruel, Idia is somehow stuck at a Scarabia holiday party. He’s unbelievably desperate to go back to his dorm; however, there are two teensy-weensy, little, tiny problems:
- If he’s the first person to leave, he’s gonna attract a buncha attention, and he’s so not down for that.
- There’s a sprig of mistletoe right by the door, and the only pleb at this party that he’s interested in kissing is Cater Diamond, who, BTW, he has a major crush on. (It’s unrequited. Probably. ‘Cause why would Cater ever reciprocate and have a crush on him back?)
Idia has spent most of his life believing that he’s Number One on the Fates’ hit list, but maybe this holiday season, he’ll actually be able to successfully solve both his problems at once.
