Mike blinked, feeling his heart race. “What…?”
Will made an impatient sound, almost a low growl: “Kiss me, Mike!”
When Vecna traps Will inside his own mind, the supernatural cold radiating from him is a cruel reminder that the Mind Flayer still claims his body. But what begins as salvation turns into something far more intimate, because heat is the only weapon they have against the evil clinging to the boy’s veins. And if it were a dream, then Mike didn’t want to wake up, because it was a true love’s kiss that saved them, and for the first time the end of the world no longer seemed more frightening than the possibility of losing each other.
